1) Problem / Need

Our primary motivation is to perform tasks and solve problems that add value to the company. They may include problems, specific needs or strategic projects defined in a company’s Digital Transformation plan.

2) Analysis

Once the problem to be addressed or the project to be executed is identified, Tiaxa proposes an express consultancy stage in which the different implementation options are weighted, the requirements are raised, and a detailed work plan is prepared to be fulfilled in the following stages.

3) Work Plan

The work plan responds to the analysis stage, and contains a solution scope detailing its activities and quantifying the effort involved. This plan also outlines the phases, methodology and the team that would carry out the activities.

4) Exploration / Pilot

Depending on the nature of the issue at hand and the result of the analysis, there may be an exploratory or pilot phase that allows us to focus efforts to develop a proof of concept and thus reduce the degree of uncertainty, ensure greater quality of development or determine the viability of the project.

5) Development/ Implementation

Once the work plan is accepted, the stage of analysis and transformation of processes and / or the development of the solution begins. Always in the context of an agile methodology, it is feasible to work on iterations (sprints) that release functionalities to the business in advance, delivering value to the company in a shorter time.

Success stories in Digital Strategy

Situation: The division in charge of the management of the water systems of one of the most important mining companies based in the country, required a strategic ally for the implementation of technology-based initiatives, aimed at improving communication with personnel in the field.

Solution: We developed a mission-critical mobile system to keep staff informed in the field, supporting the operational process of daily information update (job cards, blasting, procedures, etc.). We also work with them through the analysis of technology-based initiatives that allow effective communication with internal staff and deliver relevant statistics and analytics to the headquarters.

Situation: The Value Added Services (VAS) team needed to look for alternatives that would allow it to generate value from the behavioral information of its telephony clients. Tiaxa was the chosen partner to design and implement these information monetization initiatives.

Solution: Tiaxa developed a work plan that involved banks and credit institutions to understand their particular needs and seek areas of collaboration that would generate value. At the same time, the Data Science team from Tiaxa undertook an exploration and data analytics work to develop relevant scores and indicators while work was carried out jointly with the Telco technical team to implement operational processes that ensured permanent availability, collection and updating of the data.

 

Situation: The marketing team required the support of a specialist partner in data analysis, in order to make use of their transactional information to optimize and focus of the campaigns according to the profiles of their users.

Solutions: Tiaxa worked closely with Komax to define and implement the best action plan to follow, based on an initial exploration of the data, organizational structure, level of maturity of their computer and information systems, as well as their business strategy and objectives, and the characteristics of their customers and products.
